Managing perimenopause naturally

Hot flushes? Foggy mind? Insomnia? Mood swings? Weight gain? Perimenopause can be one of the most challenging, confusing, frustrating & depressing times in a woman’s life but it doesn't have to be. Diet & lifestyle changes can make this important transition a much more positive experience.

Perimenopause can last for as long as a decade so if you’re over 40 the chances are you’re already entering this phase. So whether you are feeling the early signs of perimenopause, or are already in the middle of significant change, come & learn about the most effective diet & lifestyle solutions to your symptoms.

Learn how to prevent & improve your symptoms, avoid gaining weight & lose it if it's creeping on. Plus discover why anxiety levels can rise & stress can trigger new symptoms or a 'second perimenopause'.

The small group size will also provide a supportive, safe space to ask any questions and receive the support of women sharing this experience.
